This page explains what Uni Wellness Center (“Uni”) collects on uniwellnesscenter.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Uni Wellness Center is operated by 973 Amsterdam Nails & Spa Inc.
The short version
- We ask for your first name and email address for our opening list.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
- This site sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics can’t recognize you from one day to the next.
- Questions or requests go to hello@uniwellnesscenter.com. We reply within 5 business days.
What we collect
- What you type into the sign-up form: your first name and email address.
- A few details about the sign-up itself: the date and time; where it came from (our form, or an email you sent us); which version of the sign-up wording you saw, if it came from our form; whether it passed our bot check or we approved it (a single yes-or-no answer for both); and how many emails we’ve sent you, with the dates of the welcome note and the latest note about a repeat sign-up.
- Your IP address, briefly. We use it only to stop abuse, like too many sign-ups from one place, and we don’t save it with your sign-up. Our hosting provider also receives it with every page request (see section 3).
- A hashed copy of your email address. We keep it with your sign-up, so the unsubscribe link in our emails works without containing your address. Like your address itself, it’s still your information. We also use it to count sign-ups with your address within an hour, to limit repeated sign-ups. That count is deleted by our next successful scheduled cleanup after the hour is up, or sooner, for example if you unsubscribe.
- We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t collect health, allergy or sensitivity information on this site.
How we use it
- To email you after you sign up: a welcome note, a short note if someone signs up again with your address, and opening news. A few emails at most.
- To answer you if you write to us.
- To understand, in general terms, how many people visit and where they come from.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information mainly to provide their service to us. Some also use it for their own purposes, like protecting and improving their own services, under their own privacy policies, linked below.
| Service | What it does | What it sees | Its policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this site. | Every page request and form submission, including what you type into the form, your IP address and browser details. The request logs available to us are kept for about a day. | Privacy policy |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Counts visits to this site. | The page and when you visited it, the site that sent you, any tags in the link (like a campaign tag), your approximate location (country, region and city), and your device, operating system and browser. It uses details from your visit, without storing your IP address, to estimate your location and to count visits within a single day. See section 4. | Privacy policy |
| Cloudflare | Runs our domain name and forwards email sent to hello@uniwellnesscenter.com to our inbox. | Emails you send us, as they pass through. It checks who sent them and blocks known bad senders, and keeps a log of each message’s sender, recipient, subject line and delivery result, but not the message itself. | Privacy policy |
| Google (Gmail) | Our inbox. Emails you send to hello@uniwellnesscenter.com arrive here. | Emails you send us. Google handles them under its own privacy policy. | Privacy policy |
| Supabase | Stores the sign-up list. | Your first name and email address, the hashed copy and sign-up details in section 1, and any entry for your address on our do-not-email list (section 5). | Privacy policy |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that a sign-up comes from a person. It loads only after you start filling in the form. | Technical details from your browser and your IP address, not what you type. Cloudflare also uses these details to improve its bot detection. | Turnstile privacy addendum |
| Resend | Sends our emails. | Your email address and the emails we send you. It keeps a record of each email for about 30 days. | Privacy policy |
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
- This site sets no cookies of its own.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may store data in your browser to run its check. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum and its cookie policy cover how it handles that data.
- Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) counts page visits in aggregate. It doesn’t use cookies. It can’t recognize you from one day to the next or follow you to other sites.
- Our emails don’t contain tracking pixels, and the links in them aren’t tracked.
- No one else uses this site to track you across other websites for advertising.
- We don’t track you across other sites, so we treat every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep it
We keep your name and email until we open and for up to 90 days after. In our opening email, we’ll ask whether you’d like to keep hearing from us. If you don’t say yes, we delete your details. If you unsubscribe, we take you off our list right away. If you email us to delete your information, we delete it within 5 business days. Copies in our providers’ logs and backups are gone within 30 days.
Two records can stay after you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, because they keep email from reaching you. First, we keep a hashed copy of your email address, with the date and the reason, on our do-not-email list. It’s still your information: it lets us recognize your address, so we never email it again by mistake. We remove it only if you email hello@uniwellnesscenter.com and ask to rejoin. Signing up on our site again won’t remove it. Second, if your address bounces permanently or you report one of our emails as junk, Resend, which sends our emails, keeps the address on its own list, even after we delete your details, and won’t send to it unless we take it off.
We can see our analytics visit counts for 12 months. Vercel, which runs our analytics, may keep them longer under its own privacy policy.

Children, changes and contact

- If we change this page, we’ll update the dates at the top and list the change below. If we ever want to use information you’ve already given us in a new way, we’ll ask for your OK first. If you don’t say yes, we won’t.
